Terms & condition for cancellation of air tickets on Yatra.com

  • This offer is valid for all domestic flight bookings from 14 April2010 till 30th April2010 for any travel dates.
  • Yatra will not charge Yatra Cancellation Fees (Rs 310 for offline & Rs160 for online bookings) during this period.
  • Airline cancellation fees will be charged as per airline fare rules.
  • In case of flight rescheduling, airline & Yatra rescheduling fees will be charged as applicable.
  • In case of any dispute the decision of the Yatra’s management would be final and binding.
  • All the disputes under this offer are subject to jurisdiction of Haryana only
  • Yatra reserves the right to cancel / modify / change / alter the scheme either partly or fully, at its sole
  • discretion without  assigning any reason, whatsoever, at any point prior to completion of the passenger’s

Fly kingfisher cancellation policies -

  • A guest can cancel the ticket on payment of applicable charges by calling the Kingfisher Airlines Call Centre.
  • Once purchased online, changes or cancellation to this booking cannot be made online on www.flykingfisher.com or any other internet site. Please contact our nearest Reservation office in India to make the changes or cancel reservation. Guest residing outside India must send their request to guestcare@flykingfisher.com
  • Once a reservation has been made, it is only possible to reschedule the date of travel upon payment of applicable charges. The difference in fare will also have to be paid in case the current fare is higher than the original fare. The date / class change is permitted only through our Contact centres and or Ticketing offices. Changes cannot be made to either Origin or Destination or Both. An existing booking must be cancelled / refunded and a new booking / ticket must be transacted for any routing changes.
